  1. Tzar means he does exactly what he wants…. without limits.. he considers himself now the big expert on energy policy. Like when he and Obama did the Green Energy projects that ended up doing nothing…..wasn’t shovel ready…. But cost billions….ie. Solyndra solar panels that went belly up. Kerry is a hustler of taxpayers money… and will spend billions on empty bags of air….but this time the money will go to the UN.

  2. John Kerry’s solution to everything is US taxpayers money. Solyndra the solar company under the Obama Green Energy Program was a total bust..except for the CEO’s of the big corporations. Remember Obama giggling when all the money vanished , ‘I guess it wasn’t shovel ready’. Then the billions in cash to Iran. … so Iran wouldn’t enrich uranium….. but they enriched uranium. John Kerry hasn’t done anything that has not gone belly up. He’s good at grabbing billions from taxpayers but the taxpayers get NOTHING but an empty suitcase from Kerry. He’s wheeling and dealing with the UN again… getting ready to scoop billions from taxpayers again…. Who will be left once again with an empty suitcase….and empty bank accounts.
