  1. One variable not discussed… energy required to run chip manufacturing. Although no country is more energy efficient the Biden administration and the UN may not allow chip manufacturing in the U.S. The Global equity and Climate Change Agenda2030 puts the UN in charge of where all manufacturing companies can go. The are redistributing wealth… so no one country is more powerful than another. That requires energy redistribution. It is a globalist policy embraced by the Biden/Kerry/Woke administration. They want the US less economically powerful… no middle class… no manufacturing plants… and chip manufacturing will be limited…just like farming. This is a globalist WOKE administration not a U.S. administration….
