  1. The ideology of the WOKE is adherence to their Party. They don’t want competence or anyone thinking for themselves. Free thinking from ideology means they could deviate from Party orders. That type of person would be cancelled immediately. No smart people….except at the small upper elite bureaucrat level. Otherwise the top Party cadre could be overthrown.
