  1. The Board of Directors is probably a Diversity and Equity board. They are beholden to the democrats and the bureaucrats in the federal government. None of them built Twitter they have no loyalty to Twitter…. however they along with the federal government can control products and employees hired and how much they make and insert unions. They will drag Twitter to hell and back before giving up control. That is probably exactly the same for Disney. It could be most Wall Street companies have been taken over by the government diversity equity teams. Actually the government probably gives them protection in certain areas… however the control by government will increase quickly.
