It’s regulators, but also government DEI’s placed in businesses, particularly banks. DEI’s are placed in positions that force the banks to bend to the political whims of the government. They follow social justice decision making, diversity, equity and inclusion….rather than profit based decision making. And the profits of the businesses go to the DEI’s and the government, not the owners of the businesses. It is not only an attack on who can get a loan from a bank, but a takeover by the government and DEI’s of the entire private sector. Private property rights are erased. Capitalism and entrepreneurship shut down. Capitalism changes to fascism. That is what we actually have now. The business on paper is privately owned, but in reality it is run by the government.
