It is insertion of a government cadre deployment team, starting with the diversity officer hiring all employees in the private sector company, as well as having power over what salary they receive. It is a VERY powerful position, because she can have government backup if the company does not comply. Elon Musk fired 80% of Twitter employees, and when someone asked what exactly they were responsible for… shrugged…he had no idea what they did! That’s DEI! They are poison to the private and public sector, as well as capitalism itself.
