  1. China is working with California. It was announced in Sept. 2019 on developing California’s energy grid.California China Climate Institute…. Headquartered at UCBerkely. Along with Gov. Newsom and Jerry Brown. And Pres. Biden has stated he will be following California’s energy policies. So it sounds like China will be developing with cooperation from California…..US energy policy.
