  1. What does your guest mean… finding the best? Isn’t it the students responsibility to go to the school he/she wants to be admitted to. It’s not the government or the universities responsibility to troll for students from a particular pool. They already do that, government gives universities money for minority recruitment. They hand out money to get students to get into universities. That’s an affirmative action government program.. and it only targets minority communities. And grade’s don’t matter.
