  1. I don’t understand why the U.S. cares. Ghana is a sovereign nation. Saudi Arabia locks up gays….the U.S. says nothing! Congo uses children in its lithium mines… the U.S. says nothing!

  2. Where is the Jamaican government and police?. Isn’t Jamaica a sovereign nation? They are responsible for crime in their country. It’s not Canada’s responsibility to take care of other nation’s problems. There are 8 billion people on the planet….many have worse problems than this runner. 150 women and children were kidnapped in Nigeria one month ago… no one came to their rescue, it was a two day raid. No police came to help them. That’s a sad story.

  3. A country cannot move in a forward direction if racism is what a country revolves around. Electricity and clean water, fighting corruption, and then growing the economy are the ONLY thing that will pull a country out of poverty. The government is not doing its job. Talking endlessly about racism does not produce food. Concentrate on the electricity grid and clean water infrastructure.

  4. Africa has thousands of PhD’s in everything… they are not victims… and with a population of 1.3 billion they can trade with each other and never have to trade with the U.S. They are getting valuable resources free…. just dig them up!

  5. That can happen if you move into a particular religious neighborhood. But you can always move, if you feel it’s affecting your children. I did not move, and my children were discriminated against, but I had them in a lot of activities so I ignored it. I don’t know if it effected how they turned out….they both seem okay. (They are adults now). There is no perfect neighborhood with the exact right neighbors for your children.

  8. It’s demand and supply. If it is difficult to find a job, people who need to support themselves will go to work. There are millions of people still receiving COVID checks, they don’t need to work, so they are deciding not to work. There are also small businesses receiving COVID checks and they don’t want to hire back employees. Government checks are interfering with normal supply and demand. This entrepreneur probably needs to raise salaries… then there will be people willing to work. Both sides have the freedom to do what they want. Retiree’s are struggling, I see 70 and 80 yr. old seniors working at Home Depot and grocery stores as cashiers.

  9. One thing to keep in mind is, all humans are sinners… even the young lady pointing her finger at someone else being a sinner. It doesn’t matter where you are from…everyone comes from ancestors who WERE slaves or Kings and Queens who HAD slaves. America was originally made up of people who were escaping slavery or serfdom (you were sold with the farmland). And There is still slaves in the world today. The U.S. and capitalism is one of the better places to land, not because people don’t sin… but because we have laws to protect individuals freedoms. Laws….that’s the best that can be done. Slavery has been here since before Joseph was sold into slavery by his jealous brothers (sons of Jacob). It will be here after we all die. The U.S. is no more evil than any other country that had slavery…including Africa… which also had slavery. Do you consider Africa evil?

I wonder if Africa gets reparations, from the Global West , if those same countries in the Global West are still also obligated to pay for all those SDG’s (about 20) for all the countries in the Global South? And would aid, free loans stop.? Africa really thinks the world revolves around them. It will be interesting to see how many millions of people will hand over their paychecks to Africa…. forever. What mother would not teach her child academics in order to survive in the world, unless the mother does not want her child to go out in the world and survive. ❤. If you love your child, you will tell them the truth, you will send them to school to learn academic’s not how to hate and seek revenge.   18. Government’s have limited ways to raise money, to grow their economies. They wouldn’t be selling off property unless they were desperate for money. China is buying farmland in the U.S. That should not be allowed. China is buying up major ports around the world, that is dangerous too. Sovereignty becomes compromised when non citizens purchase land…. but it is happening around the world. White people are a minority of 8 billion people… all colors of people are buying property in other countries. It means governments need the money.

  23. The government is always where most of the corruption is….everywhere! The mistake was taking the loan from China, and not being able to pay it back! There are many countries that have taken out loans for China’s belt and road projects. Many countries have defaulted on the loans…. China doesn’t forgive loans like other countries. This is a very good topic to focus on, because China builds so much infrastructure in Africa. Please continue to report on these loans. Countries in Africa should train more Africans to build their own infrastructure! It would save billions of dollars!

  30. No community will benefit from no police. There would be just as much outrage from a community if no police showed up after a 911 call. There is no outrage when a policeman is killed….and they are. No one says a policeman should be celebrating their 50th birthday. They are deemed disposable. Good luck with social workers, and community workers responding to a theft, or domestic dispute. The result is increased crime, smashing into stores in mass thefts, crimes against people in their cars going to work. Allowing $900 dollars a day of theft…as acceptable. It escalates. No one will be better off. George Floyd was not an innocent, someone made a 911 call, the police responded. A man on drugs died. The question is, would a social worker or community leader have handled the situation better? Democrats would say eliminate responding, stand down. That is what is happening now. Elimination of 911. Don’t respond.

African countries seem to trust and partner with China, Russia, and other African countries, they could help. This is between 2 sovereign countries. (Rwanda and Congo, next door neighbors). They have to resolve their own problems. No matter what the West does… it will be wrong. All the West’s military bases should leave Africa too, it is insulting to African countries that they can’t or don’t want to defend themselves.

  32. There is racism in South Africa. White, Asian and mixed are called colored and they are being discriminated against n the job market. It is especially dangerous for white farmers who are still being murdered. It is very stupid to kill farmers, since they can’t be replaced…. Also discriminating against people who can build infrastructure… when the country has collapsing infrastructure, including electricity is particularly stupid. South Africa would be an interesting country to report on.. since the discrimination occurs against white, Asian and mixed people.
