  1. The West should stay out of African countries… they are sovereign nations and Africans hate the West, why would African countries now want help from the West! Make up you mind! African countries seem to trust and partner with China, Russia, and other African countries, they could help. This is between 2 sovereign countries. (Rwanda and Congo, next door neighbors). They have to resolve their own problems. No matter what the West does… it will be wrong. All the West’s military bases should leave Africa too, it is insulting to African countries that they can’t or don’t want to defend themselves.
