  1. The bottom line is….these are children! They are developing humans, their maturity and chemical make up are changing…until they hit their early twenties. At that point they can do whatever they like to their bodies…but then THEY PAY…not taxpayer’s. The sovereign individual…pay’s his sovereign bills!
