  1. Actually 1% controlling 45% of the wealth is not unusual…. in Africa (all countries) isn’t that the same percentage, in communist countries isn’t that about right, in Europe, Mexico? It was a little better in the US (maybe) before the standard of living started going down. France and the UK were the top 1% when they had all the colonies…. it’s got very little to do with IQ, in my opinion….more to do with bloodlines.
