  1. This ‘charge the dragon’ is a brilliant concept. It’s particularly helpful if you are fighting depression and anxiety… in which case you are in a ‘frozen’ position. It’s a brain ‘fight’ mode.. which maybe puts the brain in a ‘go’ mode. I think Dr. Peterson, being a clinical psychologist, is quite brilliant at speaking to the tens of millions suffering from depression and anxiety. I am personally very grateful for his ideas….🌻
