  1. If you look at Afghanistan you can get a glimpse of the problems with the rest of the Middle East. The U.S. spent 20 years and billions of dollars per week… setting up infrastructure, bases, and attempting to secure a stable government. It did no good… because the region is tribal. And those tribes go back thousands of years and conflicts between tribes go back thousands of years. The U.S. tried to set up a government in Iraq…also a huge mistake and quite likely Iran will capture Iraq because they are both Shiite and tribal. It would be so interesting to have Ayaan Hirsi Ali on again to discuss… if she sees a way out of that tribal culture… or if the best idea…is leave them alone… to infinitely fight it out. I don’t want one more U.S. soldier to lose arms and legs and faces and their life..not one more second… in the Middle East!

  2. Dr. Peterson.. there is another intellectual, who has that tribal, Muslim background with a family line that goes back decades.. Muhammadu Sanusi II, one of Nigeria's most influential Muslim traditional leaders. He speaks world wide and is equally comfortable in the west and Africa….similar to Ali. He would be another perfect guest… if you are interested in the Middle East/Africa, tribe/Muslim mixture culture.
