  1. Throughout history the hierarchy is basically identical…. King, his bureaucrats, his military…. and the serf/slaves that do the work free. The western (US) model is a one off…..that is the huge middle class private capitalist sector. The sector that allows FREEDOM and wealth building . This sector has independence from the traditional king model. And it is interesting that so many people readily will trade independence for perceived ‘being taken care of’…. tyranny…. People deserve only what they are willing to fight for….
