  1. In the U.S. today, private companies have to hire incompetent’s called DEI’s, the companies become inefficient and in the case of the bank in SF, became insolvent. So instead of good ideas by the comrades making the company more profitable, the comrades become killing machines. Capitalism is dying in the U.S. because of liberal social programs gone mad. Identity politics is killing capitalism. The large Multinationals might survive, but they are also infected with the DEI virus. ESCOM in South Africa is another company that has this type of virus.. and there does not seem to be a way to reverse not only the incompetence.. but corruption that goes with it.
