  1. Usually the person knows what they want before they go on Amazon. They have a particular product in mind, they are looking for choices of that product. Amazon gives you choices, otherwise you have to buy whatever is available in your home market. Amazon increases efficiency in getting what you want. However, there is a problem with the monopoly that squeezes out other companies. That is something the government has to work out.
