  1. The black South Africans have been in charge of the government since the 90’s. That would mean, ESCOM would be regulated and controlled by this new black government. They could build a new electric grid, totally run by the government. Wouldn’t that be the first thing they should have done? They can shut ESCOM down in hours if they think ESCOM is racist. Build a government run electric and water system. Then racism can’t be the problem. It’s been 60 years, if they weren’t happy with the system …they would have shut it down. They have ALL the power.
