  1. There are a few other players at this pharmacy table. Government’s and the UN. The U N , who administer, food, all medical needs including vaccines, pills, etc., and in some cases a military force…. for billions of ‘poor people’ have tremendous negotiation power over pharma. The UN decides what company gets what population…. and how much. The US only has 350,000,000 million people… they are a fraction of the pharma market. If the pharma companies don’t do want the UN wants they could get banned from selling to entire countries. So… the pharma’s are powerful…. However, if the pharma wants into 5 billion more people… they do exactly as the UN tells them to do.
