Why is he allowing China to advise California on energy policy.Newsom is involved with the California China Climate Institute at UCB and Jerry Brown. California has hundreds of PhD’s that can decide energy policy….. why is the CCP involved with California energy policy. Please interview Jerry Brown who works with China and possibly John Kerry on China’s environmental involvement in the U.S.!
