If a city defunds the police… does the city refund that money to the taxpayers…. Or does the city keep that money every year and then ask for MORE money for their new improved policing program…. then starting another round of ever increasing money from any taxpayer unfortunate enough still living in that broken down city or town. It’s ALWAYS about getting more money for the politicians….
