  1. DEI policies are GOVERNMENT policies. And government policies means the companies are no longer private entities. They BELONG to the government…the companies have been captured. The profits will go to the government and the government then can decide not only who is hired, but the amount they are paid, what the company produces (ie Disney, Netflix), and how it is produced. It is theft by the government. It is closing down of the middle class private sector. And it is particularly devastating when the private banking system is taken over… then loans are given out according to government mandates not for profitability. Middle class private sector business will not receive loans , unless the government ‘likes them’. Social program people are in the front of the line. Social program people who will default on the loans… and the taxpayers will be forced to pay the banks back! ESG’s is another effect of DEI’s in private businesses. Poison!
