  1. There is money for the bureaucrats in homelessness. Government monetizes all social programs. The goal for government is not to eliminate poverty or eliminate homelessness….. it’s to grow and monetize the program…. it becomes a thriving business. By putting people in victim groups… the government creates new and potentially powerful monetized government departments … with the government ever expanding… in power (more and more regulations and laws). No programs are monitored (just by other govt agencies). Taxpayers think throwing money at it will help… nope…. just growing and monetizing bureaucrats…….you want proof…. problems getting worse not better. Success …. puts you out of business… in government speak……that’s a business failure…the bureaucrats loose……
