  1. It proves democrats are not scientists OR economists…remember soy bean diesel and corn ethanol…. They were CERTAIN that would solve energy problems… UNTIL farmers mentioned food production would be going down if farmland had to grow soybeans and corn for cars. Oh darn, after spending billions on that failed project… back to the bureaucrats drawing board! Bureaucrats are good at spending taxpayers dollars, but there is NO INCENTIVE to spend it wisely.
