That’s what liberal policies do to ALL cities.. they are now killing America… They steal every tax dollar coming into cities and like crime because it brings in MORE federal and state money to steal . And if crime stops…. they lose an important source of income from both the city, state, and federal government. Politicians and bureaucrats make money on crime and blight and poor people.
