  1. Pharmaceutical companies don’t have the power to bully. The WHO decides what countries get what drugs… and all the countries pay less than the US. It’s the UN and the governments that have the pricing power. And the UN/WHO is probably the most powerful…. Pharmaceuticals can get totally cut out of poor countries without UN involvement (GAVI, COVAX)
