  1. Hospital’s have been under pressure for decades. This didn’t start just recently. It started at least as far back as the 70’s. It’s just getting to critical mass now. Every piece of equipment can be in the millions, and must be updated. Machines are rationed, particularly having to do with heart. There is a shortage of staff on certain floor’s. People expect the most expensive machines, monitor’s… but there is just a limit. Even if the CEO doesn’t get a penny, the hospital’s would continue to close down. Hospital’s must ration, to break even. A hospital is more than a CEO with a yacht. They are small ecosystem’s, everyone needs to get paid if you want people with qualification’s. Once the government takes them over, DEI’s will be hired, then it will get worse. Veterinarian’s are getting scarce too…and VERY expensive. People are just dumping their dogs if they need operations.
