  1. Will African countries continue to get aid and free loans, and preferable trade treatment if these countries are trading with Russia? It is billions of dollars. If there are no consequences for noncompliance, then why comply with anything.. including Net Zero rules that are being placed on the U.S. The only people complying are the US middle class… fossil fuels for them…. but not for the country that pays for everyone else.
