  1. Who owns private companies…? That is the bottom line. The second question is do individual’s have the ability to say yes or no to another individual. In a capitalist country, there is private property…that means the asset owner can do what he wants with his property or business. The human capital, if unhappy, can walk out the door. No one must hand over their property to another person free. That includes demanding higher wages, ( resource increases) from the owner. The employee has two feet, they can walk, find another job, or start their own business. The employees are free individual’s … they are not slaves. That’s capitalism. Freedom on both sides.
