  1. It allows the US government to spend trillions and not account for a penny of it. And if you listen to the leaders in Africa… they want nothing to do with the West…they like China because China builds their infrastructure projects…. US taxpayers… we don’t have to spend a penny in Africa…they are loaded with gold, etc…..and China does their building and they hate us…. Our aid money goes into corrupt dictators bank accounts…they are all billionaires. STOP the STEAL!! NO MILITARY BASES IN AFRICA…they can build their own if they want them.
