They only need to initiate REGULATIONS not laws. This means the non compliant citizens must hire an attorney at$500/hr to defend against a US government official attack. No citizen has that kind of money… so that will be how the US government shuts down dissent … by only needing regulations and the trigger of the DOJ. So the DOJ breaks no law…. Just interprets regs.

Two of these individuals are working, the other studying books. Now the pandemic hits….all three may be out of a job. They can’t pay their monthly loan. The car and house are repossessed ….but the student wins….that individual gets a degree…. But the student wants to renege on their loan. Why is the person who is walking off with their degree … not paying back their loan. They lose nothing! They get to keep their asset! They are cheating the system unless you take their degree! They are forcing taxpayers to pay for their degree. They become the privileged class… they received free money. The mooches can work, they now have a degree.
