  1. If corporations are private sector corporations, they are profit driven, if they are profit driven …. they must watch cost and efficiency of inputs to manufacture their products. ECG is a social policy not resources for inputs to the product. In order to be competitive companies must be free to choose inputs. This bureaucrat is saying only government knows what’s best for private companies and investors. Investors are to stupid to know what to invest in. The government wants to take over the private sector. Marxist or Soviet Union style businesses!
