  1. Why are US taxpayers responsible for Uganda’s health care? Are they not a sovereign nation? They have doctors and nurses and they have WHO… that is funded by US taxpayers and this outbreak is what WHO is supposed to be doing with US taxpayers money! They have their own specialized teams of doctors and nurses. There are 50 countries in Africa… are taxpayers responsible for every country in the world! Is this the way to spend US taxpayers money…. Instead of funding needs in the U.S.? Why do these countries feel we should pay for their FREE healthcare… no one in the US gets FREE healthcare…! This is theft by the Biden administration and Uganda!
