Put people in groups (color, occupation, gender, ethnic, etc.).. then label groups with/by differences….. demonize differences….. social unrest (Antifa, BLM, looting burning down infrastructure) and revolution.. communist group appears (the group that put people into groups and assigned and demonized those groups causing social collapse)…..congratulations you now have a communist country!
