  1. Why is Yellen giving away billions to the EU AND Africa… can’t they print their own money? They are sovereign nations… and BTW why do we have military bases in those countries… let sovereign countries go into debt to fund a military… just like we do! Are they babies? Don’t the governments know they are suppose to have a military… otherwise countries like Russia and China push into countries like Ukraine and Hong Kong!
