  1. One aspect of legalizing theft that has not been discussed in California is… if it is legal to steal private property from a store… isn’t it legal to steal property of a homeowner? In other words, the legalization of stealing private property is a slippery slope. If you can’t kick out squatters from your house, and cannot protect your property from roving gangs of Antifa and BLM, and allow $900 a day in legal theft….then there IS NOT private property. Doesn’t that go against the constitution?
