  1. Many African countries want nothing to do with the U.S. . Niger just had a coup, they want all western countries out. Congo might also hate western imperialist countries. The U.S. just gave Ghana 1Billion, Ghana took the money, but the president wants western countries to stay out of Ghana’s affairs. African countries want aid, but they hate the U.S. and do not want them in the different countries. The U.S. should do what they are told…. vacate all military bases and get out! Africa likes China and Russia and BRICS. They are now in economic partnerships. Africa is thousands of years older than the U.S…they are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves.
