  1. It’s really heartbreaking that countries that have been effected by climate change for decades… have not prepared by working on their infrastructure. Underdeveloped countries have so much corruption and so little capitalists…. that there society falls backwards instead of forward. There people have to change their system of govt…..in order for anything to change. Looking for handouts from other countries is not a realistic solution.
