  1. Pakistan is a sovereign nation. That means it’s independent from other countries, it’s own unique government that takes care of its own infrastructure and its citizens. And it can also borrow money from international banks set up for infrastructure issues. Other countries have emergencies too… who steps forward to fund and work for other nations. Only about 1 or 2… and they are broke and also borrowing trillions……
