  1. By creating tighter restrictions on Russia… isn’t it dooming more non/Russians to economic collapse. According to the World Bank a year ago, there were close to 50 nations on the tipping point of debt default. Obviously these are food and energy dependent nations. Is anyone looking at total death v Winning (whatever that is). 44M. V. 2B. People, the 44M are Ukrainians being fed…. Who can feed the 2B that may be starving because of this war? Who pays, can it be transported and delivered, what about hospital care from illness due to malnutrition, disease outbreak, mass migration… Is anyone thinking about this part of the war?
