Sudan is a sovereign country and the government is responsible for everything that happens in Sudan. How much humanitarian aid are other African countries contributing?? How much is China, Russia and the EU giving in aid? American’s are evil imperialist, colonial, capitalist’s … why expect them to hand over billions. Try the generous countries like China and Russia. How much are their taxpayer’s contributing… what about India? How much is India forking over? How about sovereign nations being responsible for their own wars? Since when do countries bill US taxpayer’s for their everyday needs? 🌎. What does the word sovereign mean??
