  1. They seem to be sinking into oblivion… unless they are transferring their manufacturing base to other countries which is discussed in the UN Global Equity and Climate Change Agenda. The other ‘poor’ countries use their carbon zero points in their country… the European countries receive profits but their credits stay low… that would be a risky thing to do….
