  1. It is wonderful to discover history. One theme that is heartbreaking is slavery. Slavery is the overwhelming human hierarchy story…..for all civilizations. There is slavery today… all over the world. The U.S. was a one off….an escape from slavery…(even if they landed here IN slavery, it ended)….from a King. No one leaves their birth country unless their conditions are very bad. Serfs landed here.. and no one was handed food, loaded debit cards, Starbucks, Albertson’s, flushing toilets, or free college tuition. Most of those serfs died the first 15 years of ‘the landing’. ALL those serfs and slaves….slowly… with no money… built this country… The U.S. is filled almost 100% with ancestors of serfs and slaves. But their children are born as free individuals…..all of them… not indentured servants to past ancestors of any group. That is the one off characteristic of the US. We are now under assault by the historical ‘king/slave’ hierarchy…. totalitarianism. When groups saw ‘you owe us because of….(fill in the blank)… that translates into… one person becomes free labor and servant ‘ to another person. That is the slave/servant/king hierarchy. That’s back to the Pharaoh/slave/Moses biblical story. I think the German diplomat, although in Europe, not the U.S., is saying the same thing. No present population is born owing another group population for something they personally had nothing to do with. If that were to happen…we are back to slavery … in all colors and genders. Let’s pull together…like our common ancestors did… and get ourselves out of this ‘WOKE’ Marx communist group, you owe me because….ditch…. it’s a guaranteed… one way ticket to hell.. for ALL colors and genders of humans. Let’s honor everyone’s ancestors who fought and died to keep us….. born free.
