  1. Unless a big part of your ideology is how to reverse 6B + ..people on planet earth…. Or transporting 5B people to other planets…. Resources (like fish, ask the CCP) will continue to collapse. And unfortunately you will need ‘greedy, evil, capitalists👺👺’ that live in greedy, evil, rich, capitalist countries like the USA…. to fund all your grand ideas. When you take incentives away, or steal them after they are discovered and brought to market….. the weasel, evil, greedy capitalists ….. stop producing (😱.. no Amazon trucks!!). go under cover or are killed….now you have 6B people with no new technology, can’t get their necessities…. Get REALLY, REALLY mad….and really ugly depopulation will occur. But controlling capitalism so there isn’t ‘techno feudalism’…. you are correct on that point!
