  1. The problem with ESG’s is already on display. Bud Light. The CEO is WOKE (ESG). ESG is political left governance. People naively think government is going to set general guidelines, and not RUN the company. ESG’s can set labor prices, set hiring policies (diversity only), WHAT the company produces, what capital resources they use… the once private company turns into ESKOM (South Africa), everyone in government taking their cut. It becomes a government business, the companies are picked clean, it seizes to be a for profit… the profits are seized by the government and their donors. No more Wall Street… it’s been captured and redirected to a Soviet Union type business model. BTW it is very possible under ESG dictates the UN will also get into the feeding frenzy… they will be able to tax thru NET Zero carbon taxes. ESG’s turns capitalism into socialism. (Banks are also ESG’s, so you may not get a loan with a low social credit score!)
