  1. China seems to be moving into Mexico. They are master’s at infrastructure building… wouldn’t they be able to help? China might also purchase their oil. Mexico could also join BRICS, which may also provide new trading partners for their oil. I bet China is already working on solving this problem. 😂 They will think of a way to help sell Mexico’s oil.
