  1. Has the Russian military ever won actual wars? They seem to be good at famines… but they don’t seem to have ever developed a well functioning (military officer training) military. Don’t they mainly (historically) just wipe out ethnic groups in Russia. The threat to the world is their resources. Like you have previously stated. Also, there is a by product of making steel that is used in manufacturing chips… sent to Ukraine for processing… then off to chip manufactures…couldn’t that shut down the chip industry (Russia shutting down steel plants)?
