  1. Why wouldn’t conservatives evolve on policies (or philosophy )that reflect’s a changing world. Is politics static? There are 8 billion people on the planet… almost everyone of them (minus the dictators, kings, communist’s) want a standard of living identical to people in the West….starting with 24/7 electricity and water on demand (faucet’s). They blame the Western countries….NOT their OWN repressive government’s for not having the same goods and services that almost everyone in the West has. That is why billions are exiting their countries and headed to the West! That is why ALL political parties are changing policies, if they don’t want to get plowed under! Philosophy reflects what is happening at the moment, and how you choose to react to facts as you see them. It is not static.
