  1. The US and Australia are 2 countries that thru government regulations are being efficient with carbon issues… in addition to population control. The countries that are not addressing population control are also not using energy efficient techniques and they never will because those are communist or dictator countries…. And the bigger the country… the more aid the dictator gets. The US is 350,000,000 and Australia 25,000,000…..a tiny percentage of the world population… and neither should feel the burden of energy reduction for what the rest of the world will not do. The UN points mainly to the US for this Global Equity plan for 2030. Every country should be responsible for there own population. I’m not worried that the US private sector will be the leaders in this field, and the US will be as efficient as possible.
