  1. Niger is not important to the U.S. The U.S. does not depend on any particular country for any resource. Resources can be substituted for other resources. The U.S. , will hopefully remove itself from ALL African countries. The African countries do not like the western imperialists or their culture. African countries can flourish without the western cultures. They have everything they need to flourish. They just have to work together..which they can do on their own. Hopefully any US military bases in Africa withdraw immediately and can cut all aid, the U.S. has millions of illiterate criminals that seem to suddenly crave the U.S.. pouring over the border…the U.S. needs that aid money here… in the U.S. Africa is self sufficient… let them take care of themselves. And be the most successful continent on the planet…and give aid to the U.S.
